IKEA here we come! Jenny is picking me up tomorrow and we’re headed to Chicago. Going to spend probably an entire day at IKEA. My favorite store ever. Counting the minutes (and activities) until we leave!

A Muddy Day
Girls are in the tub. They wanted to play in the mud again. They had SO MUCH FUN yesterday, how could I say no.
While they played in the mud…I mowed the grass. I’m proud of myself because I’ve mowed the grass every time this year. I know…big whoop! About time I help out in that department :) Jamie’s been working so hard in the house.
Fun Day At Grandma & Grandpa James’
I took the day off of work Tuesday and took the kids down to my mom’s house. We had such a great time. We played in the kids pools, played slip and slide, played tee-ball and took the paddleboat out on the pond. Couldn’t have been a more perfect day (except until about 4 when I could have used more energy 
)

Why this is so cute:
Not only is Gavin adorable, not only is shy facial expression darling, not only is he wearing a Hawkeye outfit (thanks Kim!), but this is so cute because he picked out his own snack bowl several times tonight and each time he picked out a green bowl. He knows green is his color.
2 Hours…
Is how long it took me to pick up this room and scrub the floor on my hands and knees.
Kitchen update: Cabinets are in. Waiting for countertops. Jamie finishing painting tomorrow while I’m at Grandma James with all the kids. Jamie and his dad installing the flooring this week. Getting closer.
